We are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of pets and their families by providing compassionate, in-home euthanasia services, ensuring every goodbye is peaceful, respectful, and surrounded by comfort in the familiar environment of home.
Who we are
My name is Alejandro García, MRCVS. I am veterinarian and founder of Peaceful Goodbyes. I have been a practicing veterinarian since 2017, working in both Spain and the United Kingdom. Over the years, I have dedicated my life to the diagnosis, treatment, and wellbeing of pets, supporting families through every stage of their companions’ lives.
Through this work, I have learned that veterinary medicine is not only about healing, but also about compassion — especially when it comes to end-of-life care. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest decisions any pet owner will face, and I believe it should always be done with dignity, respect, and gentleness.
My mission is to provide a calm and peaceful experience for pets and their families, ensuring every farewell is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. By bringing this service into the comfort of your home, I aim to reduce stress, create space for meaningful goodbyes, and help families focus on love during their pet’s final moments.
I'm Steve, a 2012 Cambridge graduate living in South East London. I've worked at a number of veterinary clinics during my career and more recently have found myself 'on the road' performing a portion of my work in the home environment. I've found this extremely rewarding and am always amazed to see how much more comfortable pets are in their own space. No time is more important for this than when it comes to end of life care and I am delighted to be able to offer this with Peaceful Goodbyes.
I am Quentin. I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2022, have since worked in general practice in the UK as well as some charity work abroad, enjoy working with a variety of animals from dogs and cats to donkeys and horses. Taking a keen interest in welfare and quality of life, I see it as an important part of my job to view things from the perspective of the animals and the people that look after them
