- Your location
- Cremation options selected
- Appointments on weekends or bank holidays will incur an additional £72 fee plus VAT
- Out of hours from 8pm to 8 am will incur an additional £72£ fee plus VAT
Cremation Transfer Fee
If you choose cremation, we work closely with local Pet Crematoriums.
- Transfer fee: £60 plus VAT

What does the home euthanasia fee include?

Our standard fee includes the vet’s visit to your home, a gentle consultation, sedation to ensure your pet is completely relaxed, and the euthanasia procedure itself. Travel within Kent is also covered.
Are there any additional charges for travel?

We cover most of Kent, but some remote areas may incur a small travel fee. Depending on the vet available and the distance that needs to be covered. This will always be discussed with you in advance.
Is aftercare included in the price?

Aftercare, such as individual (with ashes back) or communal cremation (without ashes back), is not included in the standard fee. We offer transparent cremation pricing, and you may choose the option that suits your wishes and budget filling up the personalised quotation in the Booking area. We will provide you with an estimate accordingly.
Can I pay in installments or use payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Payment is requested at the time of booking via secure payment link and invoice.
Are weekend or evening appointments more expensive?

Evening and weekend appointments may include a small surcharge separately due to increased demand and scheduling. This will be clearly stated before booking and it shows above in this page.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, we understand plans may change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. If made on the same day, at least 2 hours in advance of the appointment as per our terms and conditions.
