the independent veterinary surgeon attending your appointment;
the crematorium or aftercare provider you have selected;

Squarespace and our business technology providers;

We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet appropriate legal, financial, insurance and business-record requirements.
Independent veterinary surgeons and crematoria may maintain their own records in accordance with their own professional or legal responsibilities.
